To begin with, it's essential to understand that there are three different types of islands in Far Cry 3: Bigger Islands (A,B,C), Medium Islands (D,E,F) and Small Islands.

Relic Locations:

Bigger Islands

1. Island A - Located on the north side of the island.

2. Island C - On top of a mountain, towards the east part of the map.

Medium Islands

3. Island D - In an abandoned temple in the center of the island.

4. Island F - Inside an old cave system beneath a small hill.

Small Islands

5. West Point A - Near the edge of a cliff on this tiny islet, north from Island Bigger C

6. East Point E - On top of a rock formation at the eastern tip of Island Medium D
